The product adopts advanced composite technology that subverts design conceptions of conventional flat membrane, and give up the expensive ABS flat to have the thickness reduced from 7mm to 1.6mm, which has largely reduced the weight of membrane area per unit, 1 m2 of flexible membrane flat is only 0.84kg, so that the transportation and installation is more convenient and simple.

2、Low Energy Consumption, High Loading Density and Large Membrane Area per Unit

The flexible membrane flat components has a compacted structure and large loading area that has more than 2 times of conventional membrane flat, however, the energy consumption is only less than 50% of the conventional, or even lower. The components can maintain high flux operation in low temperature of winter time to fulfil the demands of production.

3、Independent Permeation Flow Channel, Strong Self - Healing Function

Flexible membrane flat has independent permeation flow channel that can be back washed, compared with conventional membrane flat components, and it has very strong self - healing function to ensure the permeation quality.

4、Sheeting Structure with Strong Tensile Strength, No Hairs and Fibers Accumulated

The flexible membrane flat components take on a sheeting structure that has strong tensile strength, a single sheet has a strength of over 750N. The surface has a corrugated string design to form a turbulence on the surface, which can effectively improve scrubbing rate and hardly adhere to sludge and pollutants because of its enhanced anti-fouling performance.

5、Gradient Pore Distribution, High Anti-fouling Performance

The flexible membrane flat has high filter precision, the average pore diameter is 0.1μm and distributed by gradient, which has high anti-fouling performance.
