3D membrane is a new generation of membrane product for sewage water treatment after enhanced hollow fiber membrane and flexible membrane flat. It is based on the advantage of conventional membrane flat, and has hollow fiber membrane cleaning in place technology of back wash, which enable it to have large operation flux, long service life, high loading density and light weight, etc. The membrane can be used in municipal sewage water treatment, chemical waste water treatment, urban water supply, rural sewage water treatment, hospital domestic sewage water treatments and other areas. The membrane produces premium quality of permeation, and can be made into different dimensions, different specifications of membrane components and units according to requirements of clients. 1、Advanced Membrane Production Process, Strong Withstanding of Acid and Alkali, Long Service Life

The membrane material is PVDF. The original membrane production process of OriginWater enables the membrane to have stronger antioxidant performance and acid and alkali withstanding.

2、High Operation Flux, Strong Anti-fouling Performance, Premium Permeation

The membrane sheet has even pore diameter distribution with high porosity, which has higher flux and better anti-fouling performance.

The particular gradient pore grid can allow the membrane to have high filter precision, which can effectively remove suspended matters, bacteria, virus, micro particles and other pollutants.

3、Multi-pore Hollowed Structure, Evenly Distributed Flux, Stable Quality of Permeation

The membrane adopts 3D fabric as support to make the entire flow channel of membrane highly uniformed, which has a less resistance in permeation channel, therefore, the flux loss is low and water can be distributed evenly in the membrane flat.

4、No Hairs and Fibers Accumulated, Cleaning in Place

3D membrane is plane sheeting structure to ensure that the sheet is flat. It can be cleaned in place and hardly disrupted under aeration, which can alleviate membrane fouling.

5、High Loading Density, Light Weight, Simple Installation and Maintenance

The uniform space of membrane sheets reduces membrane thickness and weight, and improves loading density, which ensures that the membrane can be simply transported, installed, dismantled and cleaned.

6、Pulse Aeration, Low Operation Energy Consumption

The membrane adopts pulse aerator independently developed by OriginWater that has higher aeration intensity, which can effectively reduce energy consumption.

Application Area:

3D membrane can be used in municipal and similar sewage (waste) water treatment and reuse, medical waste water, industrial sewage treatment, high concentration organic wastewater treatment and other fields, can avoid the leakage problem of suspended matters occurred in traditional settlement of solid liquid separation technology. The permeation quality is good and stable, and effluent bacteria, suspended matter and turbidity are close to zero. 3D membrane can effectively removing colon bacillus, and other biological pollutants to achieve sewage (waste) water reclaim and reuse.
