ZC Series Column Type UF Membrane Components

Product Overview

ZC Series Column Type UF Membrane components adopt the latest anti-fouling PVDF hollow fiber membrane to have higher retention rate and larger filtration area under premise of maintaining high flux and water affinity for ensuring the system will run stably in long term. The column type UF membrane components use external-pressing structure for dead end or cross flow operation, which are applied in potable water equipment, RO pre - treatment, industrial waste water and municipal sewage water re-use, and other fields.

Product Features

1、Tiny Membrane Diameter, Premium Permeation Quality

ZC Series Column Type UF Membrane Component adopt PVDF UF membrane that has evenly distributed tiny pores, which has high filter precision, and the permeation turbidity is less than 0.1NTU with a bacteria retention rate >99.99% that is stable and safe for the quality.

2、High Mechanical Strength, Long Service Life

The membrane filament has good mechanical strength which  tensile strength is >5N, and can withstand numerous air flush  without disruption of filament.

3、Space Saving, High Integration of Membrane System

Single membrane component can have large area to increase water  production per unit area, which is more economic. The large  scaled component and high integrated membrane structure design  can ensure that more space is saved and large volume of  permeation is discharged.

4、External Pressing Structure, Large Application of Water  Production

The product adopts external pressing structure that has a strong  adaptability to the variance of raw water, and the permeation can  be largely applied.
