A Salt Separation Project in Qinghai (NF)

The project was started in 2016. After pretreatment, the main component Li2CO3≥99.5% lithium carbonate was prepared by sodium carbonate precipitation after decontamination with double alkali.


The osmotic solution of the nanofiltration membrane system is concentrated by the RO system to improve the concentration ratio of lithium ions. The pure water enters the front end for brine dilution, and the concentrated water enters the back end for electrodialysis system. The electrodialysis device further improves the concentration of lithium ions.


Our special salt separation nanofiltration membrane GT-8040-F34 is adopted in this project, which has a very high magnesium retention rate of more than 90%. Its permeability and pollution resistance are better, and its operation stability is higher, which is more in line with the special requirements of nanofiltration salt.The product broke through the technical threshold of the industry, and solved the problem that domestic nanofiltration membrane salt is mainly dependent on imports.
